No more excuses.........
It's been colder here than some cities
back east so my walking routine has been stagnant at best. But guess what, No more excuses. My health insurance sent me an Invitation...... How about a free GYM membership starting January 2009? So i signed up today and will resume my previous training routine. Free weights, machines, the whole nine yards. This is going to hurt big time because I've been away from pumping iron for too long. Actually I can't wait to hit that treadmill but the rest of it is going to be brutal......... Somebody please save me from this eventuality.........

For some cardio, just ask Wagner if you can drive the 09 GT500 I see in his signature.. full throttle in that would certainly get the heart pumping a bit.
