If you haven't owned a small business you know nothing of the overall costs. I had a meeting with SB owners just yesterday, and all of this was discussed. Payroll tax, federal tax, healthcare and a HUGE amount of other misc taxes kill SB. Especially a Type-S corp in which all gross is considered income unless it is spent. INCOME. So add what revenue you make for a company and employees on top of your salary.

The problem with any plan spoken of is that it's nothing more than a plan.
Until it's implemented it's all talk and getting excited about it really is a waste of time.

But I'm not surprised. people really do put a lot of credence in what politicians promise. Election after election people keep buying it. Election after election very little of it is ever delivered. Time after time people keep believing.

Amazing........

I've brought this up in two separate threads now, and the McCain supporters wouldn't even touch it. Obama is promising a lot, some of which makes me uncomfortable. But how much of candidates' specific promises come through during their terms?

McCain says he'll leave this country in Iraq. That's an easy and certain one for him to do since it's already well underway, and he has the power to dictate that. At $120+ billion dollars a year that's been ticking- and without an end in sight if McCain is big dawg- none of you think that's expensive?

Is anyone else noticing the beautiful irony of our friends, porcorn smiley 1 and 2?

Neither one holds a brighter forecast economically. No, not 1 and 2, Mc and O.

This may be a simplistic view of a complex situation but....If you take out the Devil (Palin) what are the major issues left? Iraq is one. This massive cost has been a drain on our once Capitalist economy. Imagine the long term effect on our current Socialist economy.

Obama seems intent on leaving Iraq and McCain is intent on riding it out until Jesus shows up to take Sarah home.

I am ready (almost) to take the Obama gamble for these two reasons alone, Palin and War Dollars. (OMG! did I just type that?? again?)

Watch it, you'll get labelled a Marxist

Looks like the McCain camp doesn't want to answer your question any more so now than the last two times you asked it. Fair question though.
