Nowhere in the CNN report does it mention anything about "Black Panthers". The incident doesn't even merit an investigation by the DA's office.

It is funny how CNN says this; A man wearing what appeared to be a black outfit with a beret and holding a nightstick and Fox News comes right out and says that the guy is a Black Panther.
Here is an interview with the other man in the video. You can decide if he is a Black Panther or not. If so, what is the need for them to be there? http://www.foxnews.com/video2/video0...w.foxnews.com/ If they were indeed Black Panthers, it should most certainly at least be investigated if you ask me.
