Like I have already said, NASCAR has a program designed to help increase the minority participation int the sport, so better try again. Your Denny's example was probably better.

What is stopping minorities from being good stock car racers?
The same thing stopping anyone. A desire to compete and in the case of NASCAR sponsorship. All you need for Basketball is the same thing. A desire to compete and a basketball camp where players gather to shop their skills. Sponsorship not required. Quote:

OK I must have missed it. Did you answer this question? You tell me what's preventing white people from playing basketball.
