Every country faced the same issues because of this pandemic.
That's not the reason why we're one the countries that suffered the most. Instead of giving us reasons why we are where we are, we need to be proactive and ask the harder questions. How to improve our responses next time something similar happens. And please stop excusing his inexcusable behavior. He cocked up the response. Plain and simple. To say he's the trigger man may be harsh, but he fits that bystander who could have done something to stop it.
