JV,

The difference is that it is not April's fool.

Secondly, I really do have an all out high school reunion the same weekend. Yes, there are two days of fun, Friday & Saturday. I might just do what you all suggested and do the Friday stuff with my high school buddies and do WF4 with you guys on Saturday. I wish I could do a Friday night bash with you guys!! Maybe I can do a Sat night bash with the X5World guys!!

Just letting you guys know that I am going to miss an all-day event for our 20th reunion on my high school campus!

MD,

I just went to the website and was able to book a room...I canceled just before I entered my credit card info. Have you tried booking online again?

Thanks for the heads up. Art was telling me that it was a complete set of buttons. Now, I realize it is a faceplate of buttons. Great, that makes it easier to replace. I think it is $29 or so for this face plate. Interestingly enough, I wonder why the "cold temp" buttons get split in half? Yours was split and mine just split. Unfortuantely, after driving BMWs for the past 21 years, I noticed that BMW still hasn't figured out how to make plastic parts last. I remember replacing plastic door pulls on my E30 325i a few times and window switches, etc. Funny how Crevier had that faceplate and the clips for the rear side window shades in stock.....

BTW, we should post this as a DIY article for replacing the climate control panel....Okay, I'll take pics and of course, give you props for the initial info!!

Sure thing...it's actually more like 2" x 10".

That's the ticket! Get on it and come out and spend some time at the retirement capital of the West Coast instead of "Flawridah".

Didn't think anyone would miss me.... Anyhow, just got off the phone with one of my favorite parts guy @ Crevier BMW, Art Corona. He's really a great guy and fun guy!! He is set on going as well as Crevier's awesome parts manager, Joe Hernandez.
That's it Charles. While it would be very interesting to see the high school knuckleheads from 20 years ago, if you haven't kept in touch in the last 20 years, why bother with them now? Anyway, we're more fun.

Too bad Teresa can't make it. I told her to delay giving birth until after WestFest.
