Ok guys, This year will be different, we Hve X5 group and have PA group Joing Our Caravan

but for us X5 --I NEED A LIST WHO IS GOING # of X5's -X6's //M's

so i can coordinate what to bring......


The list goes like this so far...
Tent (2-5 Tents) so far I have 2 im bringing rest we need 3 more
Chairs (folding and for tailgating
Grill charcoal and Non Charcoal ( 2-3 bbq grills)
Coals
Condiments (ketchup,mustard,cheese,paper plates,spoon,fork,napkins)
garbage Bags,(preferebly the 24 gallon ones Black Bag)
Burgers (box of 16pcs)
Burger Buns
Hot Dogs
Hot dog buns
Cooler filled with Ice (3-5 coolers)
Drinks (alcohol & Kid Friendly drinks)
Chips
baby Wipes/ Wipes


Anymore Suggestion as far as Food are welcome to chime in guys

PLEASE COPY PAST THIS THREAD SO WE KNOW WHOS BRINGING WHT AND COUNT OF PEOPLE

Are you positive on the tents? Last year they said no tents as it might be a hazard if the wind picks them up.

will probobly tie it down....or if they dont let us..atleast we have it just incase it is permitted

just bought two bags of charcoal - i am sure one bag is plenty but just in case got 2... got some tomatoes on vine for grilling, some russett potatoes for baking - i stick the tomatoes on "shampur" and throw them over the coals... and at the end, bury the potatoes in coals, for baking... on wednesday or thursday i will marinade some chicken and some pork... i just hope the weather will hold up...

anybody is bringing any greens, salads?

I can bring the trash bags. I have the large 42 gallon cleanup bags. LOL

I'm trying to think of what else I can bring that's light. Maybe the plastic utensils and napkins?
