Nah...Congress isn't in charge either. The ones in charge are the ones who fund the hundreds of millions of dollars that goes into their campaigns.

I'm sure that Congress and the Admins were real concerned because now, they don't know who to take their bribes from.

I think this statement has been true for the last 70 years or so; however, I am afraid the president's role in the world will diminish from being the most important to being one of a group of a few most important/influential people due to the downward trend we've been facing economically and our worsening perception globally. The next president has a monumental task ahead to preserve the status the position has held in the past.
