I got $17k on trade for my 2002 X5 5-speed manual black / black with premium / sport / xenon / self levelling. It had 72k miles at the time.. I traded it in around end of October 07

Be careful with aftermarket performance plugs......

Be careful with aftermarket performance plugs... I've used them in the past, and always within 20k miles it ended up fouling up ignition coils, making spark plug adapters go bad etc.. Bosch platinum...

Good point, the oil separator was already...

Good point, the oil separator was already replaced under warranty last year... It was clogged.. I have not had any issues with the ICV at least not yet..

Maintenance / Repair for X5 2002 w/ 70k miles

I had the inspection 2 done at 60k miles, the belts done at 52k miles w/ clutch job..

I am thinking based on typical BMW experience, this car will need:

brake pads / rotors as needed
new...
