I have a Q about power steering fluid?? Please help

I went down to the dealership and asked them to give me a quart of power steering fluid and the guy tried to sell me a NAPA Premium ATF (automatic transmission fluid) for it. I really dont think...

My right headlight bulb is not good anymore so I want to buy it off the internet and dont know good websites, I dont wanna go to the dealer for something small like that. Thanks
