In case of an emergency, just add half a bottle of rubbing alcohol to the windshield washer reservoir and you should be good to go. Learned this from a truck driver, after my rental car had frozen washer fluid in reservoir and all of the pipes, back in Quebec/Canada. Poured the alcohol in there and after a few minutes kept pressing the spray button so the melted fluid could work/melt its way up the frozen pipes and finally through the sprayer onto the windshield.

It has the Toyo Proxes S/T IIs

They are ok for winter, but certainly not ideal. I think their main downfall is lateral traction ie they slide sideways easily.

I will definitely be getting snow tires this coming winter though.
