BMW Door actuator Foam

Does anyone know where I can get the larger diameter foam that goes around the door acturator cable? I lost one in the front passenger seat and can hear the cable bang each time i close the door.

At 160k miles, your'e definitely on borrowed time. I lost mine at around 80k miles due to burned out regulator due to timing cover leak, but if you've kept it clean of oil, I suspect you can make it...

The core of the bushing was torn away and the noise was the bolt ratting on the metal...

I think you can get at them from the bottom with a coat hangar. The driver side is easy to clean from the top, but the passenger side one is more challenging as there’s a lot to remove so getting it...
