Wheels mean-exhaust lean

Wheels look mean but put it together with the skinny tailpipe/tips look very lean, needs some aggression.

REmoval of existing black rivets where mudflaps go

How do you remove the existing black rivots where the mudflaps go oon the front?
Do the new mudflaps come with all hardware to secure them?
