My E53 had 7 faulty parking sensors when I got it. Ebay has loads, you need a different one for the front corners than the other 6 (and if it's a FL model, the bumper has to come off for the fronts.

Have you worked out where it came from? That may also point to the issue. Note sure on the 3.0i, but some ECUs need certain errors cleared before they'll return to normal.

usually... but I've seen a few gearbox funnies on A8's (similar gearboxes) that have been traced to MAF issues. The MAF is 'good enough' for the engine, but the tranny doesnt' like it.

I'm not a G/B expert ,but these boxes tend to lose the 'F' seal if I remember rightly in the Audis, which results in a loss of reverse, but with everything still good in D. It's a recon of the box...

The Radio unit should be to the left of the space with all the stuff beside the battery (looking from the back).

Not sure which lead you'll need, but yes, you'll need one I imagine as the Parrot comes with standard ISO connections and the X5 (well, mine anyway) has a Quadlock connector, but I have the Nav setup...

As long as the pump turns off after a few seconds, that's normal as it' s priming the pressure, if it runs on and on, then sounds like it's a fuelling issue.

It's 'possible', but car electronics should be a bit more robust than that, though the bluetooth kits from manufacturers seem to be weak points for some reason.
