Aux. vent disappeared in v 29.1 - any hints?
I ran the 29.1 O/S update on a 2003 BMW X5 with the MK IV, and everything worked perfectly, except for the item "Aux. Vent./heating" which completely disappeared from the MENU screen.
Any hints?...

A visible change in the V29.1 - window size
It is currently being discussed what changes V29.1 really offer :confused:
I have found one visible change on my MKIV system (fitted on a E46, 330). The split screen was previously (using V28)...

Small MKIV GPS sat logo in top right corner
I noticed small green dots moving around in the GPS logo in the top right corner of the MKIV navi screen.
Now I wonder if this is just a German gimmick or whether the green dots actually...

In my oppinion yes. I have a European MKIV system and I went straight from ver 23 to ver 28. No problems at all. :) I used the sowftware (WinRar and ImgBurn) recommended elsewhere on this site.
