if you move ur steering wheel column all the way down and out, u see a piece of vinyl or leather.. whatever it is... that covers the insides of the steering wheel column... does that make...

the vinyl flap that covers the insides of the steering column has come off from the steering column exposing 4 busted looking fasteners... i started peeling at the vinyl and it shows a white plastic...
