After doing some digging the application on that Foxwell sensor is incorrect. I replaced it with an OEM Huff brand sensor and reset TPMS and it works now

What tune did you get? Most tunes will delete the SCR too or at least have the option for it. Good thing to delete in my opinion since the system can be very unreliable
