X6 Wheels on an X5
I've found a set of Style 258 19" X6 wheels for sale which I was thinking about buying to use for winter wheels on my E70. Does anyone know if they fit the X5 ?

I'd be very interested to hear what any UK owners have manged to get off a new X5 supplied recently? i think 10% should be achievable but would be interested to hear what people have actually got....

Thanks. That seems expensive! Mind if that includes fitting with BMW labour rates that may explain some of it. My local dealer charges £200 an hour for labour now :wow:

Flat Battery
Went to get in my X5 SD today and the battery was flat. I have had the car since Dec 2007 and have not had this problem before....the car was parked for two days and has certainly been left for much...

Well you're not supposed to hit the accelerator...
Well you're not supposed to hit the accelerator mid-corner. You're supposed to break in a straight line before you get to a corner and be accelerating smoothly all the way through a corner gradually...

Not necessarily turbo specific but more regular...
Not necessarily turbo specific but more regular oil changes than BMW recommends especially with one after the first few thousand miles. I'd also say that if the car has been driven hard easing off...
