which ones do you recommend? i want some i can put weight on w/o worry. installation is not that important. the aluminum ones look nice but are they sturdy?

gas mileage
have a 2003 3.0. get near 20 miles to a gallon. any way to inprove it? also have the sport package, constantly shift gears around town. is this part of package gearing/tuning? or should i just let...

the plug for the aux input cable is behind the business cd player? i plugged it in and works ok. now routing the cable into ashtray! i dont smoke anyway and dont want plug in glovebox. easy to do but...
