Thanks Zulu95 but it has the latest upgrade software as did my other transmission and it did the same bloody thing. It must be a solenoid that plays-up when the fluid is cold.

It's not possible. Anything other than changing the mufflers or taking them out and run straight pipes with tips, will look all wrong. Sorry mate!
