A member (VF1-X5) today was looking at a used 2002 4.6 but it was missing ARH. When, if ever, was ARH available for the 4.6 and how did front air suspension (or lack of it if it didn't have it)...

My only comment would be that since Style 132 wheels come from the factory only as a 19" option, most enthusiasts at first glance would think you are riding on 19" wheels and not 20"s...until they do...
