How does one remove points of interest icons (service stations, restaurants, hotels, etc) from appearing on the nav screen map once you have asked for the info? Couldn't find this in the owner's...

tracking phone number
Have a production number but can't find the automated BMW phone number for tracking production I used when I got my X5. The online tracking version isn't usually as up to date or accurate. Thanks!
