there are so many different brake pads out there. How do you know that you are buying the right ones. When I had my Audi A4, I purchased brake pads from Auto Zone and they did not give off much brake...

ok thx for the info. Plan on doing it in the morning. No need to bleed the brakes if i am just doing pads, right? Can rotors be turned at any place that turn rotors? What are good pads other than BMW...

I forgot to ask.... Is this a Do-It-Yourself project? I have always done my brake jobs on my Audi A4. I am not a mechanic but I am very handy. Just finished my X5 oil change last week.

Installed the AUX plug yesterday. EZ... It took me less than an hour to do the complete thing. I put it in the armrest. Yes, the wire was long enough to barely make it there. The sound is great!
