Having been through all this I know how you feel and I hope they get you a new car, I felt exactly the same, would never touch another BMW etc but it all changed when I got the selling dealer...

I don't know exactly how your consumer laws work but over here the liability rests with the selling dealer who have to sort things out with BMW,...

I see far more ferraris in the UK than X5 Ms, I think many people think there are loads of Ms just because there are loads of X5s, it is a rare car and there aren't as many made as you would think.
