Take out the spark plugs and there's oil all over it, help

X5 4.4 from 2000 with 200.000km. Engine started to fail not running smooth and the. Check engine light came on. Took out the spark plug and there's oil in the place where the spark plugs attached!!!...

Did your change your solenoids and had reverse again after? Is your gearbox a ZF unit?

I put the car on a ramp and reverse it more than 20 times without any failure, it engage reverse every time...
