I have been having the same issue for a couple of years... There must be a relay that is not connecting or triggering because the only way I can get it to start is by unplugging the fuse for the fuel...

you need to take out the jump tube and sleeves...

you need to take out the jump tube and sleeves ... they are blocking the assembly ... once you remove the jump tube and sleeve you should be able to get to the rest.

Completed this on Labor Day weekend... A lot less work than the AGA method.. I would recommend it ... Lots cheaper and if done correctly I don't see why it should not work for years.
