can u hear a motor working when u press that...
can u hear a motor working when u press that rubber piece...any sounds?..if not i would guess its the electrical or motor...if hear a click but it still not opening up i would guess it mechanism...

i had same problem its #7 mine scratched my...
i had same problem its #7 mine scratched my window tint when it fell off ..order 2 and do the other one also ....i was so angry...its $2 part that now cost me $50 to retint window..taking door panels...
