Only if the owner registers it with Dinan by the s/n, otherwise they need the last 7 of the VIN (according to tech support). I'll follow up when I have more info.

You wouldn't be able to see anything, anyway. I think the updated tensioner just has a stiffer spring in it. Either way, it takes about 10 minutes to take the tensioner out if you want to inspect...
