From the pictures it look like the replacement item is for an F15 X5.
Or perhaps an X5M.

Rear Storage Compartments
The issue is that the the 3rd row, you lose the storage area that is meant for the spare; hence the “upgrade” to RFTs.
Not sure if there’s a way to put a spare otherwise. May need to consider...
