I had that a few times.. Got to be careful on the other side. When the bottom blows off it goes into the fan belts.. Expensive $300 mistake

I removed the intercooler and the pipes and made several alignment marks after I snapped them together on the floor.

Correct.

Seems like that locking collar doesn't snap dispute the two flanges touching.

3.5D blowing off intercooler outlet hose

I've been fighting this one recently since I installed a replacement

I don't get a great feeling or click buy there looks to be no gap

What do most people do with the 2 hoses on the top of the dpf? Do they get looped as well?

And on unplugging the sensors besides the front o2 and pyro sensor-...

Where would that sensor be? Is it the side piece that bolts the dpf? I haven't determined if that must be disconnected before or if I can do it once out.
