yup dealer told me today that the tranny is oem reman. The "new" tranny comes with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty.

...and they are replacing my sport steering wheel trim because it is peeling...

I read on another thread about the clutch packs going after a fluid change. Maybe this is what happened to mine, not sure. I tend to believe that there must be some design flaw for a tranny fluid...
