if you inspect all the solder joints especially...

if you inspect all the solder joints especially the ones where the 3 buttons are they might not be making contact.( take a magnify glass ). you may just need to re solder them and you might be good...

is it easy to put 12v to those actuators ? I`ve never done just an idea whaty we do with actuators on power wheel chairs to see if they are working or not, before replacing them for nothing.
