First of all, unscrew the oil filter enought to get air into the system. Remove the oil cap. Then try to unscrew the drain plug. Make sure its the right hex size. Good luck..

I had the same problem, but I changed the gaskets before I did the plugs. Also the screws that hold the valve covers. Those have a washer that needs to be changed also at the time of gasket repair....
