I am planning to buy an E70 in the US and bring it to Canada. Since all E70s are made in the US, we don't pay duty on them and we just pay GST !!! (We anyway pay GST on card we buy here)...

Tat's why I am stupid. Insurance does not pay for the vehicle, but pay for repair. That's it. I have to keep it but I don't want to, so I am trading in the X5 and getting a 328xi.

Weird thing happened a few days ago; the X5 was found at the parking lot of my dealer here without any damage. It was stolen at parkade of Northland Village Shopping Mall here in Calgary....
