If you mean the trapazoidal of the 5.0 they sell a retrofit kit but it's $500. Comes with bezels that you cut out the circular area larger and paint and glue the bezels.
And comes with the tips...

rear is actually very easy, 1 bolt and you lower the control arm, then just compress the spring and pull out.

normally i pay $300 at a top tier shop (coilovers or springs, hoenstly springs are more work).
i paid a tech off the books $150 installed

DR spacers come with longer lugs
DRA come with small lugs that you use to BOLT the SPACER to the hub, then you use the OEM lugs to attach to the DRA spacer.

the "decoder" is to stop any error messages from LEDs coming up.

they actually make airsuspension delete kits so that you can revert to a no-service spring.
