Lexus started doing it 2 years ago. The funny part is, that they don't even give you a drain plug to flush it out. Its a sealed case, so even if you wanted to do it, they don't give you that option....

Like I said before, your X is in need of maintenance, asap. Valve cover gaskets for sure, and not only that make sure you change all of the washer, because those also tend to leak into the coil bay....
