True but that would cover the rail lashings and I use those as tie-downs to prevent cargo from sliding around. I prefer carpeting, but I do keep a blue plastic tarp tucked under the floor panel...

Thanks for the quick response. I guess I'll have to measure the distance between the lashing rails to see if it fits in-between them. Also, your image shows "X6".

Just picked-up a 2011 x35d last weekend and got 26.0 MPG average on the way home (85 miles going through Orange County)! Needless to say, I'm stoked!
