Else could it be the GPS part in your MK4 whos dead.
After installed my own MK3, it tooked about 25 minutes before it got the right possision.

MK3 upgrade still not working ;(
Hi
I just just upgraded my MK2 + 4:3 screen to a MK3 + 16:9 screen i a E39.
I changed to the MK3 computer, and upgraded software, Removed the trimple module. And attaced a new GPS Antenna...

Just quick installed without any coding.
