X3 LOANER - I Like it.

Wife Driving an 06' Loaner while we wait for the X5 (still nameless) to arrive April 4th at the factory.
.
X3 is really nice & a good choice if you don't need the extra space.
.
X3 is White with Premium & Cold package - very nice.

Nice to hear you like the X3. It's nice.
But maybe this should be in the X3 forum..?
Anyways, what kind of X5?

the dealer gave you a loaner until you take delivery of your X?

and the X3 is a nice car...especially the 07

i hope you're not thinking about switching the X5 for the X3 ;)...but it would be a great addition to your garage

That's what I like to know too! Why and how?

Mind telling us which dealer you went to maybe next time when I'm buying a new car I can ask for a loaner before they deliver my new car just like you did. :)

Loaner Deal

Loaner is an 06' X3
.
Sold the old car on AutoTrader - 03 Pilot.
.
Had Nashville Mini BMW and Huntsville BMW both working the deal.
.
52,500 for X5 3si, Nevada, Premium, Climate, NAV and 3rd Row.
.
Went with local because the could provide a loaner - 3 weeks.
.
I am just saying that the X3 would be a good choice - but, X5 remains
top dog.
.

X3 is a great choice if you're looking for a bit of utility and a higher driving position in a neat, nimble package that's smaller than the X5 (and most other cars). Forget it if you're looking for luxury, refinement, or a smooth ride.

Don't give me crap for saying this but the Acura RDX is allot more car for the money than the X3. I'm getting an RDX for my daughter after numerous test drives with the X3 that left me very unimpressed. I wanted to like it but other than a smoother power delivery the Acura is much more car, for my money the Acura is the much better buy. The X5 is a different story, just my $.02.
