Dealer wants $200 to R&R, how difficult is this seal to fit and replace?

Based on what soto is saying if they are charging $100 to install it after the parts price thats actually not bad.

You guys have shamed me into fixing mine. The drivers door seal was in sad shape, but I never wanted to tackle it. Just ordered one up...
