Does look good. Wouldn't put flares on it unless you were also going with aftermarket wheels or big spacers. Those wheels fit the wells perfect as is. They would sink in with flares.

I only suggested the flares because the rear shot that is posted, those wide tires throw it off a little in my opinion

No worries, man! :thumbup: Differences is what makes the world work. I like the little 'peek' of the rear tires out beyond the lower edge. I also *really* like the 4.8is bumpers for the slash of body color below the belt line, but I am unsure I can pull that off without flares.

For now, it's at rest at the mother-in-laws. 37k miles and we'll make sure we keep the gas fresh for the next little while. My bet is that this X5 goes into permanent service next year when we shift cars to accommodate what will be next summer, a newly minted BMW driver taking over my wife's '02 E46 330.
