ATTENTION: THIS IS HOW YOU DO THIS JOB. Remove lower control arm BOLT.pop out controll arm from front subframe, reinstall bolt.set controll arm back and resting against bolt.peel back outer cv boot and tap cv shaft apart with punch.(easier with wheel off).clean swap and re-install.EASY.

borrowed the "pitman style puller" from autozone, tie rod popped right out. problem solved.
