I wonder what you would do or what you will do when you get EU gas price that is about $8 galon :)

If your asking me; it's the same thing i tell everyone. Plan your trips carefully so that you drive less. Bicycle and take public transportation when you can.
The idea here is to stop complaining and do something about it.

My solution was to "overweight" my portfolio towards energy companies (oil, natural gas and refining). The more I pay for gasoline, the more my portfolio is worth therefore the more I can "afford" to pay for gasoline. It's been a fairly well correlated hedge!

I put 89 in my car once and immediately regretted it. Full tank of gas gave me about 360 miles vs the standard of about 420 or more on 91. Not to mention my car drove like crap, I was half tempted to syphon the crap out of my car. I just wish I could find an octane higher then 91 here in kansas.
