personally i wouldn't mind if it been in an accident becasue both cars i have now have been in accidents. what are the average repair costs for you guys?

Just hope rust doesn't occur from the previous accident.

I believe the average repair costs are $5,000 to $10,000 per year on a 2001. If the tranny fails, you can add another $8,000 to that.

what if i were to buy a extended warraty not from bmw from like a private company would they cover all of those repairs. also i forgot to mention it has 20 brand new tires with style 87.
