Roof rack cross bars

What are you guys using? I'm looking to pick up a set for use with a ski/snowboard rack. Thanks!

The search function rarely fails to yield the exact results you're looking for ;)

Member brain5 hooked me up with a great site for carriers. I highly recommend the Thule 5401 Snowcat system...it attaches onto the roof rails. Check this thread:

Thule Aerobars... I prefer the look of OEM but I've heard of some challenges mounting specific attachments (I believe due to the width of the OEM bar), so I went with the next best thing...

Rackattack.com - they have 5-6 stores too if you're in one of their cities...

Thule Crossroad 450. Attaches and removes very easily, and the rectangular bars take any attachment I have tried. Racks are functional IMO, not a style accessory.

The Thule Aero bars the Homobius has pictured above are the best looking I've seen.

Wow, not to hijack the thread or anything, but I've never seen those rims on an X5 before. Are they OE BMW ?
BTW, there is another thread recently created that discusses the various BMW OE racks. Look at the thread called "profile 2000"
