Which one I don't know for sure:

1) You're not really driving that aggressive but it seems the Diamaris will last 30K.

2) Even driving very aggressive the Diamaris seems it will last 30K.

I'm guessing #1 :D

From what often hear, and the 11 - 13 mpg I'm getting, I think I'm getting after it. But, maybe I'm not. When I got the tires I was nervous because I had read the horror stories. Had to cash in on a road hazard a few weeks ago, they measured 3 tires @ 8/10 and one rear at almost 9.

You're probably getting on it - just not crazy compared to LI-X5! If my tires only lasted 10K I'd have to rethink owning the X! :D

Our 4.8 gets around 14-15 mpg mostly city driving. Thats normal driving not babying or getting aggressive.

well i geuss im doin okay on one end of the deal i average 15.7 ... yet tires cost more than gas so im still screwed..

I have the original Diamaris on the 4.8is with 21,700 miles and they still look very good. Will have to get my gauge and give you a tread depth to be exact though.

I keep them inflated to what the manual says, 32F & 35R. Very easy driving.

They should easily see 30K-35K plus, especially if it gets to be summer weather when running them out at the end of their life.

Are you measuring and pumping air pressure when the air inside is cold(i.e. less than 1 mile run)? Just curious.

Mich Latitude HP all seasons have almost twice the tread wear rating of the Diamaris. Diamaris are summer tires. Summer tires normally have low tread wear (especially high performance) because of the compound used.

im starting to think under inflation might be the problem. it might be some weird deal that causes the tires to wear faster... let me know what your psi is and ill add air to mine, i have nothing to loose.

Not sure if this was meant for me but I'll answer. I always check & inflate when cold. Use a couple different gauges against each other also.
