What do you think the reds would look like? I think it might be kinda sick!

Would be an automatic "pull me over." Most, if not all, States have a law where you can not have red lights on the front of a car, except official emergency vehicles.

I am ordering a set (do I need to order 2 sets?) and will post some photos of the DIY.

Just need one set. Comes with two bulbs, one needed for each side.

Do these impact the factory Xenons at all? I have these and would like to add angel eyes, is it just a simple replacement of the housing somehow? I don't get it :)

Nice, I really like the white.

However, I decided to go with the blue EFX bulbs last year because I wanted the halos to standout more in the daytime. The blue looks especially nice at dusk and on cloudy days.
I imagine the white EFX bulbs do not show up very well in sunlight.

ps. I got my first tint ticket last week, and upon receiving the ticket I was told that my headlights were illegal (blue, and non-orange indicators), the officer said that "I have a nice car" but I need to "get it fixed." He did not ticket me for the headlights, but I have been warned.

Maybe I should consider getting the white, so I draw less attention.

For anyone considering getting EFX bulbs, they are of good quality, mine are still holding strong 1 year later. $50 is a steal, when you see the impact these bulbs have.

If you have a 2004+ e53 you can just change the bulb. If your X5 is pre 2004, then you either need to open the headlights, or buy a new housing

Naz, get some LED side indicators. That will really tie up the look.

Well I got mine at Canadian Tire. But I am sure they can be found at all the usual BMW parts websites, like EAS etc.

My only problem with them, is they flash quickly as if the bulb was dead, the LED's do not draw enough power.
