I remember reading that ads such as this are scams. As Weasel indicated this is a grab your deposit and run scam or a false Escrow Broker scam where you deposit funds and wait for the vehicle to show up on a delivery truck. The vehicle never shows and the escrow company are a part of the scam.
And yes, you can bet the dirtbag is reading this board!
