Refitted the 'Ol 17inch style 57 Winterset. Not the greatest design but it gets the job done.

I personally replaced one of my headlight washer nozzles today - the INSIDE one on the passenger side. What a raging PITA!! But it's DONE. I am thinking about just pulling the electrical connection on the washer pump for the headlight washers...they make a huge mess of my front end when I want to clean my windshield. Anyone else disconnect the headlight washers?

I'm curious as to how 4.4/4.6/4.8 models can remove their rear bumper without dropping the exhaust. What I realized last night was that with the longer extending tips it's impossible to get the bolt that goes through the bumper/bumper bar out from the bottom because it doesn't clear the exhaust tips. So that put a detour in my way of finishing the Ractive tip mod. My dad and I decided it'd be best to have a place (i.e. Meineke) make a short pipe that would fit snugly over the existing piece on the muffler and weld that, then slide the Ractive tip over that pipe (snug fit) and screw it in from the bottom.

you bought the bolt on versions and not the weld on ones?

I guess that would work if thats the case, good luck and let me know how it comes out! I'm going in next week!
