Do you have the m wheel but just want it recovered. Mine was worn a bit on the 9-12 position. Sold that, which paid for about 40% of what the new replacement cost me. Just some food for thought

Yes but the warning light never goes out. It stays as a red BRAKE light.

A quick was and wax. Need more time to test out the Porter Cable orbital polisher kit!

Within the last 2 weeks on my 4.4, I helped (along with mechanic friend) do both cv boots and cleaning and re-greasing joints. Head cover gaskets, spark plugs, the big one - motor mounts, oil change, all 3 filters air and oil, brake disks all around.

Change the oil filter cap.

Installed H&R sports/Bilsteins, still sorting things out as I'm new to the whole air ride thing. When I first installed the rear ride height bars the drop was about 1 1/2 in front & 3/4" in the rear, I figured it would settle a bit but after a 20 minute drive it dropped 3" in the rear from stock. Need to look at sensors etc, any other ideas/suggestions are welcome.

Bought a new BMW rear brake pad wear sensor. Plugged it into the harness in the parking lot and the light went out.

Now I gotta see if I can creatively get the new sensor in without taking off the caliper. The problem is that I have this stupid M5 taking up the garage so I can't get another car in to work on.

@dypwick you have lowering links in the rear?

DYPWICK 08-09-2013 11:32 PM

Yes, I used the pair that came with the H&R set.
